I recently read a story by Ophite called "Alternate Route", in which Blair was Barne's guide first before meeting Jim. She mentions that Susan Foster wrote a sequel or spin-off to this AU fic. Hi! I have been wondering and searching around for awhile now and I can't believe that I didn't think to ask my questions on LJ. Is Susan Foster still writing her sentinel stories? Ok there was a fic that i read from one of the searches but i cant find it now.
Its where blair is a black guide or something like that and his name is Blyre or something like that and jim is Jimne.
and thats all i can remember.

I'm looking for a fairly long fic set in the past. Jim 'steals' Blair and takes him back to his tribe to make him his guide.  Their names may have been changed to Jeme and Blaer, but I'm not sure. I think there was an intense bonding scene that had to be witnessed by the tribe.

Any help? It's been driving me crazy!!!

I'm looking for a fic in which Jim is undercover when he meets Blair, who is being forced to serve as a temp guide for sentinels. In one scene Blair does something Jim told him not to and Jim pretends to break his laptop in half in another room as punishment.

Sorry I to keep spamming the comm, but this is driving me nuts...

I recall that the fic was an AU where Jim and Blair were part of two different tribes. At some point (I think) Jim's tribe attacks Blair's tribe because he can sense Blair(?)

It could be I've just got a few different fics mixed together, but as I said, this is driving me nuts!
